Today was much better than yesterday as far as running goes. Temperature makes all the difference in the world! I went running earlier today while it was still cool and was able to run twice as long as yesterday. It still wasn't great, but I am more encouraged. I ran for 18 minutes at the park today. Physically it was pretty hard, but I pushed myself mentally and was able to make it twice around the "track" that winds through the park. Tomorrow I will try to do some weight exercises to help boost the ole metabolism. We'll see how that goes.

Tortellini with Sundried tomato sauce

Chicken (cooked in skillet with parmesan)
Grape Juice
Soon I will be keeping track of my calories, but for starting out, I'm just tracking the things I'm eating to see where I need improvement.
