Day 7

I was busy today and didn't get a workout in, but my goal is to workout 5 days a week, so I should be ok. 

Today's Eats:
hummus 
blue tortilla chips
Kashi oatmeal cookie
Tortellini with sundrided tomato sauce
water
2 pieces veggie pizza
1 White Russian
1 pc PB toast on wheat bread

Total Calories: 1,635
