Well I'm off to a very slow start! I went running today for a total of about 8 minutes. That was as far as I could go. Granted it was in the middle of the afternoon, the hottest part of the day, but still, I've got a long way to go! I did walk some after I ran, but hopefully I will be able to build up to at least 30 minutes of running per day. I'll make it, just need some work. Eventually I'll be tracking my weight and measurements, but I don't have my scale in the hotel.

Wheat toast with natural PB

Avacado
2 Lean Beef taco (crunchy shell) with 2 slices of cheddar cheese and salsa
Water
3 organic cookies
Wheat toast with PB and chocolate
Granola bar
