5 Graham crackers
Spoonful of peanut butter
Dinner:
Chicken Casserole
Salad
1 pc french bread
Butterscotch/chocolate chip bar (DESSERT #2)
I think today I did well. For dinner I was at a girl's night and instead of going back for seconds like I usually would do, I just got regular portions the first time around and even though I could have eaten more, I refrained. I did a lot better with drinking more water today too.
