1 mini cinnamon bagel
strawberries

Snack:
banana
graham crackers

Lunch:
Sandwich: whole wheat bread, avacado, cheddar, mustard, tomato, spinach
Brownie with ice cream

Dinner:
1/2 crunch roll sushi
1/2 grasshopper sushi
strawberries
