Pregnancy
Well now that I am pregnant, my weight loss goals have been put on hold for about 9 months. However, I still need to know what I am eating and keep track of it so that I know that I am getting the nutrients the baby and I need to have a healthy pregnancy. I've been feeling pretty sick, so I haven't really been watching what I've been eating. I've just been eating when I can and what I can when I feel like it. So anyway, now that I'm starting to feel a little bit better, I will start keeping track of what I am eating and see where I need improvement. This is also so that when I am able to try to lose weight again, I won't have gained weight that is unnecessary. So...starting tomorrow, we'll see how I'm doing!
